If you plan on opening a site and want to buy a domain or hosting, don't be on a hurry just yet.

1. Get a co.cc domain at http://co.cc
2. Get a free Hosting , I suggest http://000webhost.com
3. Get a free blog at http://blogger.com
4. Another free Domain redirection http://co.nr
5. Free Pr over at http://unkowndesigns.org
6. Submit your site to google
7. You can always place text link in sites for exchange such as forum posting, or graphic designing.

Once your site gets on rolling, and you can get some traffic, place 2-3 google adsense on your page and earn some $ with it. Once you get it rolling, you can now move on to a paid hosting and domain, which will drive you more traffic.
